The Ormoc airport was not operational before the typhoon.

It has been rehabilitated with the support of the US army.

It can receive up to C130 aircraft

Caution runway 36 approach zone is obstructed by trees, ant and electric power line with high tension power lines.

Operating hours: 0000 – 1000Z – Nil permanent communication. No Navaid.
