Customs Guidance 

The Customs clearance is on call from Custom Office in Mamuju City, while the Immigration service is from Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province.    

Terminal Information 

MULTIPURPOSE TERMINAL 

A 13,863 m2 container yard can be used for multipurpose activities.  

All conventional berths can be used for multipurpose activities: 

  • Berth # 1: width 15m and length 64m (-13 MLWS) 
  • Berth # 2: width 15m and length 101.4m (-13 MLWS) 
  • Berth # 3: width 15m and length 101.4m (-13 MLWS)

Stevedoring 

Stevedoring activities organized by third parties (authorised stevedoring company) in coordination with the Labour Union Association (TKBM) administered by Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan (UPP) Office. The owner/shipper can also discharge their own cargo by contacting the Labour Union Association directly. 

All of them provide full or semi-full package services; organizing labourer and handling equipment, discharging goods at the port, and delivering the goods at the customer’s warehouses directly. 

Hinterland Information 

The port has not much activity in trading the local products/commodities. Most of supplies comes from Makassar, South Sulawesi Province by land transport, takes about 12-15 hours (around 480 km).
