Gorkha Airport  also known as Palungtar Airport, is an airport serving the municipalitiesPalungtar and Gorkha of Gorkha District in the Southern region of Gandaki Province of Nepal. It is 42 kms West of district HQ at Gorkha. It can be accessed via blacktopped F35 and then earthen road of Middle hill highway.

The Short Take-off and Landing (STOL) airport was used until 1979, but is now out of operation. Despite being out of operation, the airport served as a major landing site for helicopters distributing relief material after the Gorkha earthquake in 2015. The airport connects nearby districts like Tanahun, Lamjung, Manang and Mustang but the construction of Prithivi Highway has rendered it obsolete.
