Terminal Information
The government state-owned companies: PT. PELNI (Persero) and PT. ASDP (Persero), are the two main ferry operators for cargo and passenger movements from Gorontalo throughout Sulawesi province. The routes for PT. PELNI are Bitung – Togian – Poso – Luwuk – Kendari – Raha – Baubau – Ternate – Sanana – Namlea – Ambon – Makasar – Labuanbajo – Bima – Lembar – Benoa, and for PT. ASDP are Pagima – Wakai – Ampana.

Stevedoring
Stevedoring activities at the port organize by the third parties (authorised stevedoring company) in coordination with the Labour Union Association (TKBM) administered by the Port Authority (KSOP) Office. The owner/shipper can also discharge their own cargo by contacting the Labour Union Association directly.
All of them provide full or semi-full package services; organizing labourer and handling equipment, discharging goods at the port, and delivering the goods at the customer’s warehouses directly.
