Tachileik Airport is a domestic regional airport serving Tachileik, a town in the Eastern Shan State. Condition of the runway is good, and it runs from North to South. There are five airlines; Myanmar National Airlines, Air KBZ, Air Thanlwin, Mann Yadanarpon airlines, Golden Myanmar Airlines, operates flights to the Tachileik airport. There are no international airlines and no air ambulance medical flight. There are regular daily flights averaging seven times per day. The routes of the flight run from Tachileik to Yangon, Mandalay, Heho, Kengtung, Lashio, and Myitkyina. There is no designated helipad in place.
