Fixed rates for the lease/rental of space at the SBIA terminal buildings, hangars, offices, factories and other airport buildings shall be upon mutual consent of the SBMA, thru the SBMA Administrator or his duly authorized representatives, and the parties involved.

LANDING AND TAKE-OFF FEES
International Operations
Fees are computed based on the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) in aircraft's Certification and per aircraft cycle (landing and take-off).
LIGHTING CHARGES
Aircraft that land, take-off or park during nighttime at the airport shall be levied additional lighting charges. Nighttime is between 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
OPERATIONAL CHARGES
For each departing/arriving flight at SBIA, a charge of US$225.00 or its equivalent in pesos at the time of payment shall be imposed for the use of the enroute and airport/terminal navigation facilities and radar services of the SBIA regardless of the type of flight and its duration.
PARKING CHARGES
International Operations:
A royalty fee shall be imposed on any person, firm or corporation, selling or delivery, directly or indirectly, aviation fuel, oil, grease or lubricants to any aircraft at the airport for their use. This royalty fee shall be as follows:
Aviation Fuel: US$0.0040/US gallon
Oil: US$0.015/US gallon
Grease: US$0.015/pound

Lease/rental charges for SBMA-owned building other than the passenger/cargo terminal buildings inclusive of the land area occupied by said buildings shall be charged the following minimum rates:
