Port Performance

ICD Bhairahawa is busy and congested due to a lack of parking space. During the rainy season the available warehouse and parking space is not enough. The average waiting time between arrival and berthing are 1 to 2 days. The ICD has facilities like warehouses, parking area, and an open yard area but lacks cold storage facilities for perishable goods.
