Customs Guidance

Customs regulations are based on the Finance Ministerial Decree No. 69/PMK.04/2012, stating that import duty (taxes) will not be charged for goods that of disaster reliefs and or donations during the disaster emergency response period to the transition during emergency response to reconstruction and during the reconstruction period, However, every single donation be it from NGOs, Central Government and or District Government and or from International organisation must be submitted through The National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) and the organization must fill and apply for duty exemption forms prior to transporting the donations.
