The Logistics Capacity Assessment (LCA), a long-standing tool of WFP Logistics, has since 2008 also incorporated information relevant to Logistics Cluster partners and is being shared as an interagency tool via the Logistics Cluster website. In 2010 WFP Logistics took the initiative to improve the user-friendliness of the LCA by creating a digital version of the tool.

The D-LCA can be used also offline, and carried in a USB key.
Download the D-LCA and bring it with you everywhere on your PC, USB Key or other device.
- Mobile Version

For mobile devices there is an optimized interface of the D-LCA. Soon the mobile D-LCA will be available also offline on most smartphones.
